Forward-Facing Dashboards and Rapid Action Teams

Dan Barnett moved to Lake Tahoe, Nevada after a career in Corporate America where he ran businesses for companies such as Pillsbury and Nestle as well as heading Constellation Brands and TEC (now Vistage).

Today he runs his own private equity firm, drawing on his previous experience building global brands. One of the secrets of his success was a clear and relentless focus on identifying the factors that made each specific company successful and then building a system for the company to maximize those attributes.

Dan joins The Ten-minute Business Insight on MyNewsroom.ca powered by Martin Charlton Communications to share the secret of his success – looking forward, not backward when tracking your success.
